5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

If CareCadence Consulting must reschedule a meeting, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Participate in meetings as scheduled.

  • Supply requested documents in a timely manner.

  • Make business decisions independently.

Implementation of recommendations remains solely the client's responsibility.

7. No Guarantees

While we use proven strategies and extensive industry experience, we cannot guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue increases

  • Client acquisition

  • Licensure approval

  • Medicaid enrollment

  • Referral growth

  • Business profitability

Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by CareCadence Consulting, including:

  • SOPs

  • Policies

  • Procedures

  • Templates

  • Training materials

  • Marketing resources

  • Forms

  • Guides

  • Videos

  • Documents

remain the intellectual property of CareCadence Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a non-transferable license to use purchased materials within their own business only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Interfere with website functionality.
